Plastic Primer Aerosol spray 400 ml for the purpose of increasing the adhesion of subsequent top coats to a wide range of plastic parts and components, including bumpers plastic interiors and components.

A coverage of 4 – 6 m sq/ltr.

Flash point

above 21°c ( Flammable)

Application Substrates

Plas primer is recommended to be applied over ;
– Fibral or Scotchbrite decreased and clean plastic
– Well sanded original finishes

Surface preparation

Degreaser with Aquawipe Degreaser.
Wet sand with AQUAWIPE using a Fibral hand pad.
Heavy coats applied wet on wet should be avoided .
Normal coats should be applied allowing flash off times of 5 mins between coats.

Application process

Apply two coats allowing 5 mins flash -off time between coats .
Then apply with in 30 mins your desired topcoat.

Drying
at 20 ° C
Dust free 10 – 15 mins

Flatting

Wet flat with p600 – p800 paper
Basecoat with p800 – p1000 paper

Storage

12 months for unopened cans.
Ambient temperature for application is above 10°c low humidity /dry conditions.

Recoatability

Within 30 mins of application ,apply further coats if time is extended beyond this.
