Description
Reflextion Finishing Surfacer is used for general compounding to remove imperfections in paint coatings and plastic products ,Restores surface to a high gloss finish . Ideal as a product to remove flatting marks caused by rectification work , and overspray.
Colour
White water based Paste.
Application process
In one operation Reflextion finishing surfacer restores paint coatings to a high gloss smear free finish.
Directions for use
The compounding operation can be performed by hand polishing or with a machine polisher.
By Hand Use a pad of PBPC505 Masterwipe Polishing Cloth dampened with water , and apply even coats of compound to the area ,Polish with a clean fine mutton cloth to high gloss.
By Machine polisher Using a sponge compounding head soak in water ,care should be taken no to have to much water on the head as in operation excess water would tend to fly off. Apply Refinishing surfacer to surface and compound to a finish, extra water can be applied with a squirter bottle to provide extra lubrication. Buff with PBPC505 Masterwipe Polishing Cloth to a finish.
