Application Substrates
Tempo-Filler is recommended to be applied over ;
– Bare steel
– Aluminium
– Galvanised metal
– new panel
– Sound and fully cured old finishes
– Polyester fillers and stoppers after flatting cellulose
Surface preparation
Degreaser with Quick wipe degreaser.
Dry sand with p180-p240 grade paper.
Wet sand with p400-p600 grade paper.
Air dry synthetic need to be isolated with blok isolator sealer first.

As a high solid primer
5 parts tempo-filler -1 parts tempo-aktiv
As a primer surfacer
4 parts tempo-filler -1 parts tempo-aktiv
As a surfacer
3 parts tempo-filler -1 parts tempo-aktiv
Spraying viscosity
29-30 secs Din cup 4 at 20°c

Application process
A high build primer
Apply 3 full coats allowing no flash -off time between coats .
Further single coats can be applied to give greater build for filling deeper sanding marks.
One single coat will give approximately 50 microns build per coat.
As a primer surfacer
Apply 2 full coats allowing no flash -off time between coats .
Further single coats can be applied to give greater build for filling deeper sanding marks.
One single coat will give approximately 20 microns build per coat.
Drying
at 20 Degrees C
Dust free 5 – 12 mins
Wet flattable 5 – 15 mins
Recoatable 5 – 15 mins
Drying time depends on temperature and film depth applied .
Flatting
Wet flat with p600 – p800 paper
dry sand with p320-p400 stearate paper
Storage
12 months for unopened cans.
Ambient temperature for application is above 10°c low humidity /dry conditions.
Recoatability
With nitrocellulose stoppers (not with polyester type fillers and stoppers) tempo-filler can be over coated with all standard Refinishing systems.

Tempo-filler is highly-flammable -No Smoking Or Naked Flame Should Be Allowed.

Product should only be used in a no smoking areas and away from all sources of ignition, and in accordance with the highly flammable liquids and liquified gases regulations.
