Use on plastic substrates possible . Use with SPEEDFLASH / SPEEDFLASH S possible to accelerate drying or to reduce the drying temperature (see technical data sheet of SPEEDFLASH and SPEEDFLASH S). Use with texture or matting additives possible (see technical data sheet of MT 900 and SPECIAL MAT 09)

Application
Note: Use the slower SC 880 thinner in temperatures above 25°C or when refinishing large surfaces.
Use on vertical surfaces with one half and one full spraycoat (about 50 µm film thickness) possible without intermediate
drying. No flash-off time required prior to oven drying.
For combi-booths, take additional heating rate into account until panel temperature has been reached.

CRYSTALCLEAR CP is intended for use on basecoat finishes.

Mix well and strain before application.

Viscosity at 20°C:
ISO 4 cup: 48 to 58 seconds
DIN 4 cup: 18 to 23 seconds

Potlife: 2 hours 20°C

HVLP gravity-feed spraygun 1.3 – 1.5 mm 0.7 bar at the nozzle
Compliant gravity-feed gun 1.3 – 1.4 mm 2.0 – 2.5 bar

Spraycoats: ½ + 1 2
Film thickness: 40 – 50 µm 40 – 60 µm

Flash off until mat between spraycoats no 3 – 5 min.

Drying at 60°C 30 min.

(short wave) 8 min.

Finishing
Finishing operations after specified drying times and cooling.
After the specified drying time, the product can be overcoated with itself without intermediate sanding within one day.
